Song Airline is not as big as Emirates Airlines or Malaysia Airlines but it has an importance in its own way. Song Airline is one of the very low cost airlines in the whole wide world. It has been merged with Delta Air Lines and now it’s been operated and owned by Delta Airlines. Its main destinations where it has most number of passengers are between North Eastern United States and Florida. In this market it has competition with Jet Blue Airways. Its other destinations are between Florida and the West Coast and from the North East to the West Coast.

Song Airline is a very friendly airline from passenger’s point of view. It takes full care of passengers comfort level and entertainment so that their journey could go smooth. Song Aircrafts has fitted leather seats and every seat has an individual entertainment system with games, flight trackers, satellite televisions and many more things. It also offers free beverages to its customers but charges for serving meal. Passengers are supposed to vote whether they want instruction to be told through reading or flight safety should be sung. There was an insight fitness exercise which was designed by the New York City fitness guru, Rande Gurbur. There has also been a wide focus on flight crew as it has been designed by designer Kate Spade. Songs Airlines’ last flight took off on April 30th 2006 and then Song Airline was merged with Delta Airlines.

Song Airlines had 48 Boeing 757 Narrow Body Aircraft, with all having 199 seats fitted, all economy class and painted in a lime green livery. Song airlines had satellite television for the entertainment of passengers which is not the case with delta airline as they don’t carry any such entertainment system for the passengers.

From the inception of Song Airline that was on April 15th 2003 to the merger with Delta Airlines that was on 1st may 2006, Song Airline flew to 21 destinations from the United States to the Caribbean.
